• Provide employees with 40 hours of paid time to volunteer in community service projects;
• Encourage employees through its 1-SEC (Social Entrepreneurship Challenge) program to sit on at least one Board of a non-profit or local government committee or commission;
• Support local school initiatives to promote student health, as well as avoid and reduce substance abuse;
• Support law enforcement efforts to offer alternative sentencing and appropriate medical rehabilitation to inmates;
• Provide full-time employees with a monthly fitness club membership;
• Make direct donations to non-profit causes supporting health and sustainability, such as the Pediatric Cancer Foundation, local food banks, HEADSTRONG Cycling, HCDrugFree, and others;
• Use Sustainable Printing Practices for all its corporate and marketing materials including: 100% Wind Power, Recycled and FSC-certified paper, waterless printing system with vegetable-based inks;
• Recycle all materials that are eligible;
• Provide conference room space to local non-profits for meeting and organizing;
• Integrating service opportunities into business activities; and,
• Supporting its partners and vendors in their philanthropic efforts.
